Depuis des mill\u00e9naires l\u2019Homme utilise les plantes pour sa sant\u00e9.<\/p><p>C\u2019est une m\u00e9decine ancestrale qui rend de nombreux services pour de multiples affections. Les plantes m\u00e9dicinales agissent par une composition complexe en stimulant, en freinant ou en drainant l\u2019organisme. Autrefois, leurs vertus th\u00e9rapeutiques \u00e9taient d\u00e9duites de l\u2019exp\u00e9rience, de l\u2019usage traditionnel et la connaissance des simples se transmettait de g\u00e9n\u00e9ration en g\u00e9n\u00e9ration.
